calendar If your condition is urgent, please inform the reception staff and we will see you that same day. Patients seen urgently cannot be guaranteed the time or doctor of their choice. An urgent condition is one that cannot be reasonably expected to wait until the next routine appointment.  Only one patient per appointment please.

Telephone Advice

The receptionists have been instructed not to interrupt a surgery except for emergencies.

Practice Nurses

In a number of cases it might be worth considering an appointment with a practice nurse rather than a doctor. Practice nurses are qualified to deal with many conditions and you may be seen more quickly.

If you cannot attend an appointment for any reason please inform us as soon as possible in order for us to give the slot to someone else. Patients who repeatedly fail to attend appointments will be asked to find another doctor.
